Overview of Inner-tent 9 Pro Model

Tentipi® Nordic tipis have been designed to function well even without an inner-tent. Nevertheless, an inner-tent does provide a number of advantages:

Gives protection against condensation which is especially important for Nordic tipis made of lightweight material.
Condensation caused by ground dampness is eliminated because the floor covers the entire ground area of the tent.
Storage bag with drawcord top and compression straps
Heat is distributed more evenly when retained by double tent fabrics.
More reliable protection against ants, mosquitoes and other insects.
Gives cosy comfort and protects you from ground dampness; dirt and snow can be more easily kept away.

Inner-tent 9 Pro Features

Tent fabric for Inner-tents

Inner-tent fabric light

Ultra-light, impregnated with teflon, and ripstop reinforced fabric. Breathes out condensation but also prevents condensation from the tent from coming in. Made of high-tenacity polyamide. Golden yellow.

Construction

The walls are made of light, strong, high tenacity teflon impregnated ripstop fabric which is much stronger than the material used in standard fabrics. Vertical zip; sewn-in Floor Pro with 'V' and 'O' opening only..

Easy to put up

Is put up together with the Nordic tipi or can be easily detached by using the reliable quick fastenings.

Ventilation

Closable insect net over the smoke opening; fits tight around the central pole. Three fresh air intakes are built into the inner-tent (Pro and Comfort; Base lacks these features). Together with the mosquito-net fitted door, these provide good ventilation on warm sunny days when the mosquitoes are in action.

Net roof holders

Reduce the risk of damaging the net when using a stove or open fire.

Great for keeping the heat in.

Really easy to put in with two people. A little more difficult with one person, but can be done relatively fast. Used in 30 degree temp with 20 to 30mph winds with a Buddy heater with the bottom vents part way open and stayed very warm. I can not wait to get my stove finish so that I can use it. Helps greatly with condensation. I used outer tent one time with of it in the fall. I will not do that again. The moisture in the air make it very cold inside.
Great for condensation control.

Picked up the inner tent so we can do some winter camping and the plus side is even in the summer it kept the condensation from forming on the inner tent where the canvas would have a damp feel in early morning hours. Well built and works wonderfully with the Eldell stove.
